Inman and Glenridge had strong neighborhood roots but lacked a cohesive identity to grow as a unified brand. We developed a new name, visual system, and messaging that positioned The Parlor Society as elevated yet approachable. Then we launched targeted ads and redesigned the website to bring the brand to life and drive results.

We reimagined the business as a singular, elevated brand that delivers a high-end, self-care–focused experience both online and in person. The goal was to create a digital presence that feels sophisticated yet approachable, striking the right balance between luxury and accessibility.

About The Project
The Inman Parlor and Glenridge Parlor needed to stand apart as more than just a service provider. It needed to embody a lifestyle brand rooted in self-care and sophistication. Our strategy was to unify its identity into one elevated brand that conveys luxury while remaining approachable. The Parlor Society evolved from two separate neighborhood salons into a unified, upscale brand with a sleek online presence designed to drive bookings and revenue.
Unified Brand, Stronger Market Position – Both locations now operate under one polished identity, communicating modern luxury while staying approachable to their local clientele.
Targeted Ads That Convert – From April to June, ads reached 80,460 local prospects, generated 125,740 impressions, and drove 4,283 high-intent website visits at an average CPC of just $0.28. Retargeting in June proved especially efficient, delivering traffic at $0.20 per click.
Proven Revenue Impact – During the ad campaign period, The Parlor Society generated $89,000 in sales, with Google Ads playing a key role in driving qualified traffic that converted into paying clients.
High Engagement Rates – The campaign achieved a 3.41% CTR, exceeding industry benchmarks and confirming that the new brand messaging resonates with the target audience.
Booking Growth – Integrated online scheduling on the redesigned site streamlined the booking process, increasing appointment requests directly from the site.
Built for the Future – The new website and branding system provide a scalable foundation for future growth without the need for another major overhaul.
