Fresh One Kitchen’s vibrant, health-forward menu was held back by outdated branding, a cluttered in-store menu, and inconsistent social media that made it hard to connect with customers. With no digital presence or paid strategy in place, they needed a full refresh across branding, content, and advertising to effectively tell their story and attract new business.

Idea

We set out to give Fresh One Kitchen a full brand alignment: starting with an in-store menu redesign to reflect clarity, freshness, and boldness, then extending that identity through strategic social content, and finally amplifying reach and conversions through a focused 3-month paid media campaign.

Our goal was to unify the visual voice of the brand and deliver measurable digital growth.

We redesigned Fresh One Kitchen’s in-store menu to create a cleaner, more modern visual that aligns with their vibrant food offerings. Then we built a cohesive social media presence through strategic content and consistent visuals to strengthen local brand recognition. Finally, we ran a 3-month paid ad campaign that drove over 2,400 website visits at an average cost of just $0.30 per click.

About The Project

Fresh One Kitchen is known for delivering flavorful, energizing meals that leave people feeling great. But their menu design felt disconnected from that experience, and their social media presence lacked the same freshness that defined their food.

We launched a three-phase paid media strategy to drive awareness, retarget visitors, and generate traffic.

Our Solutions

Before we stepped in to manage Fresh One’s social media, their posts averaged just 60 views, barely scratching the surface of their audience potential. Within our first few months, engagement began to climb steadily: averaging 200 views in March, 300 in April, and topping 500 views in May and June. Along the way, their audience grew by 250 new followers in just three months, each one drawn in by the vibrant new look and consistent content.

On the paid media side, our three-phase campaign reached 36,670 unique people, generating a total of 78,300 impressions. That exposure led to 2,467 affordable clicks to the website at an average of $0.30 per click. With a 3.15% CTR and $9.37 CPM, we maximized the impact of every advertising dollar, keeping the total ad spend to just $733.60.

The result was more than numbers, it was a shift in how the brand was perceived. Fresh One now had an energized audience, a stronger in-store ordering experience, and a brand identity that matched the bold, fresh flavors of their food.
