Problem

Kash LaHue’s website showcased beautiful photography but did not reflect her personality, expertise, or full range of services. The site lacked the structure needed to educate potential clients, answer common questions, and support visibility in local search results.

Idea

Redesign and rebuild the website on WordPress to provide greater flexibility, customization, and SEO capabilities. The goal was to better reflect Kash’s brand, showcase her services, and create a stronger lead-generation tool for the Atlanta market.

Solution

A completely new WordPress website was designed and built, replacing Wix with a more scalable platform. The redesign introduced a warmer visual identity, strategic copywriting, SEO improvements, and new pages that answer client questions while guiding visitors toward booking a consultation.

About The Project

Kash LaHue is a personal branding photographer, visual brand strategist, and video content creator serving entrepreneurs and business owners across Marietta, Atlanta, Roswell, Alpharetta, and the greater North Georgia area. While her work speaks for itself through her portfolio and her 99 five-star Google reviews, her previous website wasn’t telling the full story. The goal of this project was to create a website that felt as elevated, intentional, and confident as the brands she helps her clients build while also laying the foundation for long-term local search visibility and organic lead generation.

Key Project Points We Focused On

Platform Migration from Wix to WordPress

 

The site was migrated from Wix to WordPress to give Kash a platform with greater design flexibility, custom code capabilities, and a stronger SEO foundation. WordPress allows for a far more tailored user experience and gives Kash the ability to grow her site as her business evolves, something Wix’s limitations were making increasingly frustrating.
 

Brand Identity and Visual Redesign

 

The previous site relied on a beige and black palette that felt safe but lacked personality. The redesign introduced a coral accent color throughout the site to bring warmth, energy, and a visual identity that actually reflects who Kash is. Every section was designed to feel polished and intentional, aligned with the elevated brand experience she delivers to her own clients.
 

Custom Copywriting

 

Every word on the new site was written from scratch. The copy was crafted to reflect Kash’s voice, speak directly to her ideal clients, and clearly communicate the value of personal branding photography and video content creation. The goal was to answer objections, build trust, and guide visitors naturally toward booking a consultation.
 

Expanded Page Structure and Service Clarity

 

The new site introduces a full page structure that clearly separates and showcases each of Kash’s services including personal branding photography, product photography, lifestyle photography, and video content creation. Dedicated portfolio pages were built for each category so potential clients can explore exactly what resonates with their needs.
 

FAQ Page and Client Education

 
One of the most strategic additions to the new site was a dedicated FAQ page that answers the questions Kash hears most often from what to wear to a shoot to how video content sessions work. This page serves as a 24/7 sales tool that educates and prepares potential clients before they ever reach out, reducing friction and increasing the quality of inbound inquiries.
 

Blog Capability

 

A blog was added to give Kash a platform to share her expertise, publish outfit recommendations, explain her process for photo and video sessions, and provide value to her audience beyond just booking. This also creates a long-term SEO asset that will continue to drive organic traffic over time.
 

SEO Strategy and Local Optimization

 

A full SEO strategy was implemented across the site including keyword research, optimized page titles, meta descriptions, and local SEO targeting Marietta, Atlanta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Woodstock, Kennesaw, Smyrna, and Austell. Local schema markup was added to help Google understand exactly who Kash is, where she serves, and what she offers giving her a strong foundation for local search visibility.
 

Google Business Profile Integration

 

Kash came into this project with an incredible Google Business Profile with 99 five-star reviews that speak volumes about her work and client experience. The redesign ensures the website aligns with and supports that profile, reinforcing consistency across her entire online presence and helping Google connect her website to her verified local listing.
